Since he founded the Carl Hankey Middle School Film Club at age 12, he has cultivated creative instincts and technical skills to develop a singular storytelling voice.

Ryan continued his education in the Orange County School of the Arts Film & Television program and received his B.F.A. in Media Arts Production at Emerson College IN 2020.

He has worked as a writer, director, editor, production designer, and assistant editor on independent feature films, web series, shorts, ads, and branded/social media content, and as a post-production assistant and production assistant in television. He also has administrative experience as a digital post-production lab apprentice.

Ryan’s projects have won awards, accumulated millions of online views, and screened in festivals, including the Los Angeles Film Festival and San Luis Obispo International Film Festival.
